Birth of The Vampira Series
First and foremost, welcome to my site. Thanks for stopping by. This will be the first time I fully discuss my series, The Vampira Series, starring Teeyah, the teenage human turned vampire.
I started writing Vampiras at 16, as it began as a ten page short story for fun in high school, all containing character similar to classmates, along with Vampire Assassins. These books grew on me and as I continued to write other short stories, I kept adding and adding to them both. Eventually, I decided to merge the two in order to have more excitement and climatic events. I didn't consider Vampira (the name I changed it to once I realized that the book was circling mainly around the main character Teeyah) complete until I was 21 or 22. I searched for publishers, wanting to reveal my baby to the world, and came upon a POD (Print on Demand) publisher whom I won't bash because they sucked. After messing up my cover, misspelling my name on the print release, and not providing any help, I paid the small fee to buy back the rights to my book. That's when I decided to work on the sequel to Vampira, called Vampira: Twins. Before I knew it, I was done with that book, and wanting to do more. I decided to take the inexpensive route and do it all myself, and published my new work of art. Upon publishing, and realizing that I'm working on the next book called Vampira: Supreme, hell, why not make it a series? So, there you have it. I decided to make things interesting by publishing out of order, and then taking Vampira and republishing it so the world will know how Teeyah began. Interesting right? I think so. It builds excitement in my opinion.
Anyways, I just wanted to take the time to discuss The Vampira Series so that the world could understand my idea. Just to reiterate, currently, there is one published book, book 3, called Vampira: Twins. The next book to be published is book 4, titled Vampira: Supreme part A. Once Vampira: Supreme part A is published, books 1 and 2 will be published, titled Vampira part A, followed by Vampira part B. Vampira parts A and B are going to be the new edition of Vampira, republished and revamped. All books will be available in both paperback and Kindle formats and are self published by myself. Feel free to leave any comments, or suggestions, good or bad, for I am a new writer.
Once Vampira parts A and B are published, I will publish Vampira: Supreme part B. Additionally as part of The Vampira Series, I am working on three side stories called The Vampire Raequan, The Vampire Obie, and The Vampire Mars.
